📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a replacement, kindly email us at support@kazarri.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.

- We only offer replacements for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery
- Replacement requests must be raised within the specified time frame
- The replacement will be processed after verification by our team
